1. Dining & Buffet Policy

All-you-can-eat dining prices are per person. Food sharing between buffet guests and non-buffet guests is strictly prohibited. To minimize food waste, excessive uneaten food on plates or hotpot bowls may be subject to a surplus charge.

2. Reservations & Party Booking

Reservations for large parties or private dining rooms are subject to availability. We reserve the right to release unconfirmed tables 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, food imagery, graphic design, and software code, is the property of UBuffet Premium and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

UBuffet Premium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.
